Cream Tart Cake

This is 2 layers of tart cake, it's almost like a soft cookie cake. The tart dough is made with almond flour that will give you a very rich almond taste. The cream is a perfect mixture of mascarpone cream cheese and heavy cream lightly sweetened.

This cake is on a half sheet (14x19 inches), any numbers and shapes will be designed. additional price will be added if you would like to add fresh flowers and/or 24K edible gold leaf.

The cake will feed 20 to 25 people.
